A treatment can take from 15 minutes up to an hour and a half. |
Will I need to undress? |
No, most treatments can be done through clothing. It is advisable to wear loose comfortable clothes |
I take medication would the treatment affect this? |
We would need to know about any medication a person takes as a precaution. Most treatments should be ok but it is advisable to check with your doctor. |
Are there Any Medical Problems that would prevent a person from having Treatments? |
Most conditions are ok but always check with your doctor. When you arrive, you will be given a Client Consent Form to fill in where you can put down any medical conditions you have. Conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions and pregnancy are important to know about, but you can still have a treatment. |

What should I expect? |
You may be asked some questions about your general health and the reason for your visit. Treatments may be done whilst you are fully clothed although some garments may need to be removed or loosened. Treatment times may vary according to the type of treatment. While individual experiences may vary relief is often instantaneous. However, this is dependent on the individual, everyone has their own experience. |
Are treatments only available for adults? |
People of all ages from babies to adults of all ages can have treatments. A person under 18 will need a consent form signed by an appropriate adult and may need to be accompanied depending on the treatment being provided. The person under 18 will need to understand why they are having the treatment, consent to the treatment, its impact, benefits and after care. |
Can treatments be done at a person’s home? |
We can visit people at home. It will depend on how far we would need to travel. We would need to add the cost of travel to the treatment price. |
Where do you do treatments from? |
We can provide treatments at Holistic Vision, at a client’s home and at various other venues between Swansea and Cardiff. |
