I am a complementary therapist and have qualified and completed courses over the last 14 years in a variety of therapies which include: Reiki, Crystals, Emmett Technique, Sound healing and Energy work. I have worked in the field of disability for 30 years in a variety of roles that have enabled the people I have supported to have independence, confidence to and the ability to achieve. Through my own life experience that I’m not limited by my disability. My purpose is fulfilled through my transformation.
Karriene and I have between us 50 years experience of working professionally in the field of mental health and disability. We have our own personal life time experience of managing ill health, addiction, and disability either personally ourselves or within our family unit.

Anita is an experienced energy worker with 14 years experience as a therapist in many different modalities. Many of Anita’s clients comment on how her intuitive skills with energy have released long term pain and trauma.
Fabulous Family formula
Karriene and Anita have combined their knowledge and experience to produce an online course the Fabulous Family Formula. The online course is aimed at anyone experiencing challenges due to physical, mental ill health or a disability and the additional pressure this might have on them, their family, the roles they play. It give resource and tools and understanding what and how they can to help individuals, or a family member to have resources, strategies and solutions for themselves and their family members.

Anita
Anita has worked in the field of disability all her life in a variety of roles that have enabled the people she has supported to have independence, confidence and the ability to achieve. Anita has shown through her own life experience that she is not limited by her disability. Her purpose is fulfilled through her transformation.
Anita has gained much of her knowledge from her life experiences, whether that be her political journey to be an MP, AM/local councillor or how she overcame challenges and also her successes and failures in her journey as a person with sight loss. This includes how she coped, developed strategies and managed as a single parent with sight loss having to support herself, her children’s disability and finding her way through a system that is designed not to help you unless you know what you don’t know.
Anita is an experienced energy worker since 2006. Anita has experience as a therapist in many different modalities. Anita’s clients comment on how her intuitive skills with energy have released long term pain and trauma. Anita brings her knowledge, skills and intuitive work together through her Chinese astrology, understanding of the elements, her energy work and her training in the Akashic records to support individuals with their journey to understand who they are, release the blocks that hold them back and to help them move forward in recognising their skills, talents and the confidence to take these out into the world.
